Q: HOW ARE THINGS SHIPPED?

  • A: Fixtures under 36” can ship UPS ground. Larger fixtures and orders with multiple pieces are palletized and shipped common carrier. Clients can always choose to make their own shipping arrangements.

Q: WHAT ARE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES?

  • A: Shipping charges are ALWAYS included!  We don’t like surprises after a bill is paid and neither do you, so when you get a bill from us everything is included.

Q: WHAT IS FRONTIER’S HANDLING CHARGE?

  • A: We never charge handling charges.

Q: CAN I DROP SHIP TO MY CUSTOMER?

  • A: Yes, but please contact the Frontier office to discuss details.
